St. Louis won all four games against Los Angeles when these teams met in early April, outscoring the Dodgers, 26-12. The Dodgers have a .500 or better record versus every team they have played this season besides the Cardinals and Angels (also 0-4).

Cody Bellinger hit his 100th career home run on Friday against the Padres. At 24 years, 20 days old when he hit the milestone homer, he became the youngest Dodger ever to reach 100 career home runs, breaking Adrian Beltre's record (24 years, 365 days). He hit his 100th in his 401st game, fewer than any previous Dodger, breaking Mike Piazza's record (422 games).

Michael Wacha will make his first start since July 4. This season, he has a 5.05 ERA as a starter allowing opponents to bat .284 with a .873 OPS. Tony Gonsolin allowed six runs (four ER) over 4.0 innings in his first career start but limited the Rockies to one run over 4.0 innings at Coors Field his last time out.
