VIDEO: Mathieu's own goal allows Villarreal to earn draw vs. Barcelona

Barcelona unbeaten streak was extended to 39 matches on Sunday, no thanks to the efforts of defender Jeremy Mathieu.
The Frenchman scored an own goal in the 63rd minute of the match against Villarreal, allowing the Yellow Submarine to nullify a 2-0 Barca lead and earn a surprising 2-2 draw.
Apparently, Mathieu needs to work on his ability to control the ball with his chest. If nothing else, at least Mathieu can take solace in the fact that his teammate and fellow defender Javier Mascherano is adept at keeping the ball out of his own net, as showcased by this magnificent last-ditch tackle in the final moments of the match:
