Real Madrid's Sami Khedira back in training, could play Saturday vs. Bilbao
Real Madrid's tattered midfield could regain the services of Sami Khedira this weekend, as the German international has recovered from a hamstring injury and is back in training.
Khedira, 27, has been hampered by a multitude of ailments over the past year, suffering this latest setback in the club's 4-0 humbling at the hands of Atletico Madrid last month.
Already missing both Luka Modric and James Rodriguez, manager Carlo Ancelotti has been forced to throw one of the club's newest signings, 22-year-old Lucas Silva, into action immediately - with mixed results.
With Khedira looking set to return for Saturday's visit to Athletic Bilbao, it's likely that Silva will drop back to the bench, leaving Toni Kroos and Isco in the starting lineup alongside the German.
