Atletico Madrid thrashed city rivals Real Madrid 4-0 in a fascinating derby on Saturday, but learned immediately after the match that the victory did not come without a cost.
The Spanish midfielder left the match after only ten minutes, crumbling to the turf and being replaced by Saul Niguez - who went on to score a wonderful bicycle kick just minutes later.
The club did not provide a timetable for Koke's recovery.
