Postiga's move to the A Coruña is for one year and he'll be officially presented by his new club on Tuesday before taking part in a press conference.
The 32-year-old was part of Portugal's World Cup squad in Brazil, but he only took the pitch for a total of 16 minutes at the tournament after picking up an injury against the United States.
After joining Valencia as a replacement for Tottenham-bound Roberto Soldado ahead of the 2013-14 season, Postiga appeared in 15 La Liga matches and was subsequently loaned to Lazio in January for the remainder of the campaign.
