Ramos left Real Madrid match because 'he s--- himself,' says Zidane
The mystery surrounding Sergio Ramos' disappearance during Real Madrid's 2-1 win over Eibar on Saturday has been solved, and the truth stinks.
Real Madrid was reduced to 10 men when the team captain went missing for a stretch of the encounter after Los Blancos had already used their allocated substitutes.
Manager Zinedine Zidane revealed after the match that the Spanish defender had to leave the field of play with over 15 minutes remaining because an accident had occurred.
"He shat himself a little bit," Zidane told reporters, according to Spanish outlet AS.
Ramos tweeted a far less detailed explanation for his departure.
