Cristiano Ronaldo is closing in on another record.
The Real Madrid superstar unleashed a rocket of a shot after some sweet interplay with international teammate Andre Silva to give Portugal a 2-0 lead over Hungary.
Breaking a tie with Gerd Muller and Robbie Keane, the 32-year-old Ronaldo is now alone in fourth place among all-time European scorers.
The strike marked his 69th international goal, but he added another with a superlative free-kick in the second half, hammering the ball into the far bottom corner.

Hungarian legend Ferenc Puskas holds the record at 84.
With nine tallies in the 2018 World Cup qualifying cycle, Ronaldo also leads the UEFA region.
