Aritz Aduriz continues to prove that some things get better with age.
Aduriz turned 36 years old Saturday and marked the occasion by scoring an 89th-minute winner in Athletic Club's 2-1 La Liga victory over Deportivo de La Coruna. After making a well-timed overlap as Markel Susaeta held onto the ball, the Basque striker used two touches to beat Przemyslaw Tyton and earn three points for Ernesto Valverde's side.
The winner marked Aduriz's 136th goal for Athletic and his eighth of the 2016-17 La Liga season.
36 years old and 136 goals with Athletic. Happy Goalday!! Great play by @IkerMuniain10 which Aduriz finish. 2-1 #AthleticDépor #athlive
