Nasri suffers hamstring injury during Sevilla draw
Sevilla is facing an anxious wait to discover the severity of Samir Nasri's hamstring injury as the midfielder gets set to undergo a scan on the damaged muscle.
Nasri, who was removed from Saturday's 1-1 draw against Sporting Gijon at halftime, suffered the injury in his left hamstring and will discover the results of a scan over the next 24-48 hours, the Spanish side announced.
A stint on the sidelines would be a big blow for the Spanish side after Nasri's positive start to life at Sevilla since arriving on season-long loan from Manchester City.
The French midfielder has scored three goals and provided one helper during 10 appearances in all competitions.
Sevilla, who missed a chance to go top of La Liga because of the draw, has accumulated 21 points through 10 games.
