Wolves confirms signing of Silvio Sa Pereira from Atletico Madrid

Silvio Sa Pereira and Atletico Madrid are parting ways.
Wolverhampton Wanderers signed Silvio from Benfica on Saturday as the Portuguese defender put pen to paper on a one-year contract with the option for a second year.

Silvio, 28, joined Atleti in 2011 and spent last season on loan at Benfica, where he tallied three appearances as the Portuguese club reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
