It took half an hour for the first goal to emerge in Sunday's decisive Ligue 1 fixture between Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain, as Andre-Pierre Gignac opened the scoring in classic Gignac fashion.
On a pitch surrounded by projectiles launched from the stands, Gignac rose above Marquinhos and headed the ball past a diving Salvatore Sirigu to notch his 17th goal of the season and hand Marseille a 1-0 lead.
Few footballers possess the heading abilities of Gignac.
