Paris Saint-Germain has shown interest in Adnan Januzaj, says agent
Paris Saint-Germain has contacted Manchester United over the possibility of signing teenage winger Adnan Januzaj.
Januzaj's agent, Dirk de Vriese, would not comment further on the matter, but did confirm that there was an approach made by the French champions at some point during the current transfer window.
"Yes, PSG have shown themselves to be interested this winter,” the agent said, as reported by The Guardian. "They directly contacted Manchester United for information."
Januzaj, 19, has made only 13 appearances for the Red Devils this season, with seven of those coming off the bench.
Only getting 435 minutes of Premier League action this season, the young Belgian, heralded by former manager David Moyes as a future star, is yet to score or provide an assist.
Whether he would get any more playing time with PSG, who already employ a host of established attackers who can also play in wide positions, is questionable.
