Paris Saint-Germain defender Serge Aurier was taken to hospital Wednesday after suffering convulsions as the result of a head injury during the Ivory Coast's African Cup of Nations qualifying match against Cameroon.
Per Reuters, the right-back was injured after clashing heads with Cameroon captain Stephane Mbia. There has been no word on his condition as of yet.
Aurier, 21, joined PSG this summer from Saint-Etienne after an impressive showing at the World Cup, where he was one of the few players to acquit themselves well after a disappointing exit in the group stage.
