David will be a free agent after his contract with Lille ends in June.
The 25-year-old has recently been linked with a move to Serie A leaders Napoli, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano. The Italian club has submitted a contract proposal, but talks are expected to continue in the coming weeks.
David joined Lille in 2020 for €27 million after two seasons at Belgian club Gent. In his first season in France, he scored 13 goals to help Lille win the Ligue 1 title for the first time in 10 years.
He's led the team in scoring in each of the last four seasons. He has 16 goals in 31 Ligue 1 appearances this season, bringing his overall tally to 109 goals in 231 games.
