Paredes also put pen to paper on a long-term deal with PSG until June 30, 2023.
The 25-year-old Argentine was initially reported to be joining Premier League side Chelsea earlier this month, but PSG later emerged as the favorites after missing out on fellow midfielder Frenkie de Jong, who joined Barcelona from Ajax in a deal worth €75 million.
Leandro Paredes made more successful long balls (114) than any other player in the Russian Premier League before moving to PSG.

He now makes the jump to Ligue 1, where PSG sits first in the table with 56 points from 20 matches.
