Lando Norris: Leads Dutch GP FP1
Norris has set the pace during the opening practice session at the Dutch Grand Prix, the McLaren racer going fastest from team mate Oscar Piastri and Aston Martin's Lance Stroll, Formula1.com reports.
Analysis:
Dry and mild conditions would mark this opening practice at Zandvoort as Formula 1 swings back into action after the summer break. Medium tyre runs early would be replaced with softs for qualifying runs late in the session. Max Verstappen would set the early pace but he'd soon be replaced by Norris with his lap of 1:10.278. He was nearly three-tenths ahead of Piastri to lead this session. The McLaren star looks poised to challenge for another win this weekend at Zandvoort.
