Qualifying battles: Who was the fastest driver for every team in 2024?

It's difficult to compare drivers in different machinery, but pilots in the same car are much easier to pit against each other. With Formula 1 officially in its winter shutdown, it's time to find out just who was each team's fastest driver.

The easiest way to do that is by analyzing driver performances in qualifying. Here are how the head-to-head qualifying battles played out for each team (sprint qualifying not included), as well as the average difference in pace. That difference is calculated by taking the best representative times from the last qualifying session both drivers participated in at each track with outliers removed.
