Esteban Ocon: Earns Points in Miami

Ocon finished 10th in the Miami Grand Prix Formula 1 race at Miami International Autodrome on Sunday afternoon.

Analysis:

The Frenchman would earn Alpine's first points of the season with a steady performance at the Miami International Autodrome. After a hair-raising lap 1 battle with teammate, Pierre Gasly, the two would separate and find some distance on track. Ocon would slide up and down the order with the varying pit strategies, but his real highlight would be a late-race battle with Fernando Alonso. On lap 48 Alonso would eventually win that battle, but Ocon would scoop up a point with his 10th-place finish at 1-second ahead of Nico Hulkenberg.
