Pierre Gasly: Points Drive in Monaco GP

Gasly finished seventh in the Monaco Grand Prix F1 race at Circuit de Monaco on Sunday.

Analysis:

Gasly would qualify seventh on the grid after a steady qualifying effort. The Alpine star would engage in an entertaining mid-pack battle for most of this grand prix. The rain would arrive around lap 50 and completely change tyre strategy and the race itself. Gasly would do well in the slick conditions to maintain track position and not succumb to a spin or hydroplane. He would close hard on Charles Leclerc in the closing laps but would have to settle for P7 and six points as a result.
