A Ferrari mechanic was injured during a Kimi Raikkonen pit stop that went horribly wrong in Sunday's Bahrain Grand Prix.
Raikkonen pulled in for the pit stop in lap 36, but appeared to leave seconds too soon. As he drove away, his car ran over the leg of a mechanic, who fell to the ground immediately as his leg appeared to buckle underneath him.

Scuderia Ferrari announced that the mechanic was taken to hospital for treatment. His full condition was not disclosed.
Raikkonen, who finished with the best practice time on Saturday, was forced to retire from the race. He told reporters afterward that he pulled away after seeing the green-light signal.
"I go when the light is green. I don't see what happens behind and unfortunately he got hurt," Raikkonen said, according to Sky Sports. "My job is to go when the light says so. Hopefully he's OK.
"I don't know what happened. For sure, it's not great for him."
Raikkonen's Ferrari teammate, Sebastian Vettel, ended up winning the race, although the pit row incident put a damper on his celebration.
