Leon Britton: Early sub not injury-related
Britton's first-half substitutions was not injury related.
Analysis:
The defensive midfielder was the unfortunate victim of a tactical substitution triggered by the need to fill the gap at the left back after the early Kyle Naughton's dismissal. Britton ended up the game with one dribble, 28 passes and two interceptions in 42 minutes of action. The 33-year-old has found himself a surprising run of starts under interim manager Alan Curtis and already has amassed more appearances, starts and playing minutes then he had for the whole last season. Despite his run, though, he is not a fantasy factor in most formats.
