Bournemouth's deputy goalkeeper Adam Federici was forced to leave his side's home match with Everton at halftime Saturday, as he struggled with an ankle problem. His manager Eddie Howe suspects it could be a significant injury.

The Australian has been standing in for first-choice shot-stopper Artur Boruc, who's been struggling with a knee injury. Federici was replaced at Dean Court by former West Brom youth teamer Ryan Allsop, who made his Premier League debut.
Federici exited the match with Everton up 2-0. An incredible late to and fro between the sides in the second half resulted in them eventually sharing the spoils in a 3-3 draw.
