Swansea City confirms signing of Eder from Sporting Braga

Swansea City bolstered its attack by signing Portugal international Eder to a three-year deal from Sporting Braga.
Eder, who's earned 18 caps for Portugal, underwent a medical over the weekend and joins the club for an undisclosed fee, Swansea announced.

Eder becomes the the team's fourth signing of the summer after agreeing to deals with forward Andre Ayew, defender Franck Tabanou and goalkeeper Kristoffer Norddfeldt.
The 27-year-old has led Braga in scoring for two of the past three seasons, most recently leading the way with 10 goals last season
