Daniel Sturridge will not miss any time with a hip injury after all.
The Liverpool striker, 25, was forced to pull out of the England squad during the recent international window due to the ailment, which was initially reported as one that would result in a month-long absence.
But, as manager Brendan Rodgers alluded to earlier in the week to allay fears over the severity of the injury, Sturridge will not actually miss any time.
The striker was named to the squad for Saturday's crucial match against Arsenal, and while he is not in the starting lineup and only on the bench, the fact that he is fit enough to partake in the contest at all is a positive for someone who's season has been ravaged by injuries.
