Manchester City's Aleksandar Kolarov returns from injury, available vs. Everton
Aleksandar Kolarov has returned from a calf injury and could feature in Manchester City's match Saturday against Everton.
City manager Manuel Pellegrini confirmed his return to fitness, but his inclusion during Saturday's game remains uncertain. It will be his first chance to suit up for City since suffering the injury while warming up for the Manchester derby on Nov. 2.
His return to fitness also provides a boost to the team's Champions League aspirations as they get set for a crucial encounter with Roma on Wednesday.
As with all players returning from injury at this time of year, Kolarov's return comes at a crucial point in the Premier League schedule with several matches packed into a short period of time between their next fixture and their game Jan. 1 against Sunderland.
