Mario Balotelli will not play vs. Crystal Palace due to groin injury

Already without Daniel Sturridge, Liverpool revealed that they will also be without another member of their ever-thinning group of attackers for Sunday's match against Crystal Palace.
The striker was forced to pull out of Italy's squad during the recent international break with what was thought to be a hamstring problem, which, while encouraging that this isn't the same ailment, is worrying in that Brendan Rodgers simply can't afford to lose any more players up front if the Reds have any hope of getting their campaign back on track.
Rickie Lambert will get the start in his stead at Selhurst Park.
