Yaya Toure kept Manchester City's title hopes alive with his second half goal to end Swansea City's three-match unbeaten run.
The goal was made possible when Fernandinho delivered a slick backheel pass into Toure's path. This allowed the big midfielder to slide the ball through the 'keeper's legs, giving City a 2-1 lead and the three points.
