Good news for Manuel Pellegrini.
Manchester City will have captain and defensive anchor Vincent Kompany in the starting lineup for Saturday's contest against Swansea City.
The Belgian colossus has recovered from a calf problem that kept him out of action in both City's recent match against QPR and his country's Euro 2016 qualifier against Wales.
Kompany will be partnered in the heart of the defense by Martin Demichelis, which relegates summer signing Eliaquim Mangala to the bench.
