GIF: Christian Eriksen finishes off excellent passing sequence from Tottenham

Looking to leapfrog Southampton in the Premier League table, Tottenham took a 1-0 lead against Ronald Koeman's side just before the interval on Sunday, courtesy of some great build-up and composed finishing from Christian Eriksen.

After Emmanuel Adebayor played a ball into the box that Nacer Chadli proceeded to one-time out to Eriksen, the Danish attacking midfielder slotted home a right-footed shot past Fraser Forster and into the bottom corner.

Eriksen might not be the most frequent scorer in the league, but he always seems to get the job done against Southampton.
