Striker Kostas Mitroglou appears to be on the verge of a loan deal away from Fulham and have him return to former club Olympiakos after a dismal spell in England.
Mitroglou, who signed with Fulham during the January transfer window, arrived in Athens on Sunday to discuss the move to re-sign with the club he represented for parts of seven seasons, according to The Guardian.
Fulham are reportedly seeking a £2.5-million loan fee.
Injuries plagued Mitroglou, 26, during his time in England. He only appeared in three matches for Fulham after arriving at the club on the final day of the transfer window for a reported £12.4-million fee.
