Arsenal's 3-0 win over Manchester City in the Community Shield marked a successful start to their 2014-15 campaign, but it unfortunately came with a dose of bad injury news.
Koscielny substituted due to Achilles' tendon problem. Wenger 'hopes it's not too bad' but could be a doubt for opening day. #AFC

Specifically, the French centre-back was replaced at the interval by Nacho Monreal.
Should Koscielny, who dealt with tendinitis in his Achilles tendon during the World Cup, be unable to feature in Arsenal's Premier League opener against Crystal Palace on Saturday, Monreal would once again be the logical replacement.
