PHOTO: Mesut Ozil pictured in private box with officers investigating him for assault
Photos have emerged of Arsenal and German midfielder Mesut Ozil accompanied by three officers in his private box at the Emirates Stadium, just 24 hours after he was investigated by them for an alleged assault, according to the Daily Mail.

The pictures were taken at Arsenal's stadium in February during a Premier League match against Sunderland while the midfielder recovered from injury. The Daily Mail claims two of the officers are "avid Arsenal supporters."
The officers pictured had been assigned to question Ozil about an assault on a cameraman, after it was alleged the German drove toward the man with his Porsche and struck his arm with the side mirror outside his mansion in London. Ozil's representatives say the photographer was chasing the vehicle and caused the impact.
In March, the police notified the freelance photographer, Lee Essex, that they would not pursue any further action after taking the allegations into "careful consideration".
The Daily Mail took the picture evidence to Scotland Yard where they were told the officers in Ozil's box would be questioned following an inquiry into the matter.
