Griezmann in MLS talks

Orlando City are in advanced talks with Atletico Madrid over a move for veteran forward Antoine Griezmann. The MLS club wants to acquire the Frenchman and make him a Designated Player, with general manager Ricardo Moreira making multiple trips to Spain to work on the deal.

Despite the discussions, there is no agreement in place yet with either Atletico or the World Cup winner. Other teams have expressed interest in Griezmann, but Orlando holds his MLS discovery rights. (The Athletic)
