Willy Caballero joins Chelsea on free transfer
It didn't take long for Willy Caballero to find a club after the Argentinian 'keeper was released by Manchester City.
On Saturday, Chelsea signed Caballero on a free transfer. The Latin American shot-stopper was out of contract after his deal at City expired at the end of June, and he departed the Citizens with 48 appearances in all competitions.

"I am very happy to join Chelsea, the champions of England," Caballero said. "I am looking forward to meeting the guys and helping the club achieve more success in the coming season."
The Boca Juniors product joined City from Malaga CF in July 2014 and reunited with Manuel Pellegrini. His most memorable performance for the Citizens came in the final of the 2015-16 League Cup, where he saved three penalty kicks, getting a hand to shots from Lucas Leiva, Phillipe Coutinho, and Adam Lallana as the club overcame Liverpool.

"It's been a privilege to play for Manchester City," Caballero declared in May. "From the first day I arrived, everyone at the club has made me feel welcome and I will always be grateful to them. To win the League Cup in such dramatic circumstances was special and it's a day I will never forget."
