Chelsea loses David Luiz to apparent groin injury
Chelsea is closing in on the Premier League title, but Antonio Conte's men may have to secure the crown without the services of David Luiz in the final weeks of the season.
The Brazilian centre-back, who has been marvellous as the anchor of the Blues' backline, left Sunday's match against Everton with an apparent groin issue.
It mattered little in the context of the actual contest, as Chelsea dominated, closing in on the Premier League crown with a 3-0 victory at Goodison Park.

Luiz, whose re-signing by Chelsea prior to the season was ridiculed in some circles, has turned into the lynchpin of Conte's defence, the afro-clad former Paris Saint-Germain man earning a spot in the PFA Team of the Year.
