Arsenal's Cech leaves West Brom tie with apparent leg injury
Moments after making a solid save to keep the match level, Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech was forced to leave Saturday's contest against West Brom in the first half with an apparent leg injury.
Cech hobbled off the pitch in the 36th minute after what appeared to be an ill-fated pass to Shkodran Mustafi.
Arsenal has yet to specify the exact nature of the injury.
David Ospina replaced the injured 'keeper, who made a big save just moments earlier to maintain the 1-1 scoreline when he turned away Darren Fletcher's effort on goal.
There was another Arsenal injury scare just before the break when Alexis Sanchez came out on the wrong end of a heavy James McClean challenge. The Chilean remained on the ground for an extended period before receiving treatment but managed to remain in the game.
