Hampered by the flu, Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil was at the club's Colney training ground Thursday to see the doctor and updated supporters of his status with a Twitter post:

Ozil hasn't played in the Gunners' last two fixtures against Crystal Palace and Bournemouth, and Arsene Wenger said Thursday the German World Cup winner will not be risked for Saturday's FA Cup third-round match with Preston North End.
