Michael Hector, a lifelong supporter of Chelsea, will be spending yet another season away from his boyhood club.
On Sunday, Hector agreed to join Eintracht Frankfurt on season-long loan from Chelsea and subsequently made his debut for the Eagles, taking the pitch in the second half of their pre-season friendly against Celta Vigo.

Hector, a trainee of Millwall before joining Reading, moved to Stamford Bridge last year for a reported fee of £4 million after it had looked like he was set to join Crystal Palace. The Jamaican centre-back was then loaned back to the Royals and played a key part in the club's run to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup before participating in the Copa America Centenario.
