Don't expect Jose Antonio Martinez to be promoted to Barcelona's first team in the foreseeable future.
In the first half of Saturday's pre-season friendly between Barcelona and Celtic at the International Champions Cup, Jordi Masip played the type of pass that players are taught not to make, playing the ball across the face of his own goal to Martinez.
However, while Masip's pass was poor, Martinez's first touch was much worse, allowing Leigh Griffiths to pounce on the ball and slam it into an empty net to level the score at 1-1.
Martinez was signed by Barcelona B in June after helping Sevilla Atletico earn promotion to the Liga Adelante.
