Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini and Leicester City defender Robert Huth were each charged with violent conduct Tuesday for their altercation during Sunday's 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.
Awaiting a corner kick, Huth grabbed hold of the Belgian's hair and forcefully yanked his head back. Fellaini responded by throwing an elbow at the big German's head.
Each player now faces a three-match ban and has until Wednesday evening to respond to the charge.
