Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin had to be carried off the pitch on a stretcher in the second half Saturday against Chelsea after suffering what appeared to be a non-contact injury to his left knee.

Bellerin was chasing after the ball in the 70th minute when the Spanish defender suddenly went down clutching his knee in pain. After being tended to by Arsenal's medical staff, he was replaced by Mohamed Elneny, with Ainsley Maitland-Niles sliding to right-back.

Bellerin was making his first start for Arsenal since returning from a calf strain which ruled him out for seven matches.
