Lukasz Piszczek declared his desire to finish his career at Borussia Dortmund after signing an extension with the Bundesliga outfit Tuesday.

The 32-year-old, who joined Dortmund in 2010, put pen to paper on a contract that will extend his stay at the club until 2020.

"I might not be a Dortmund native, but I have grown so fond of this club and its fans over the years that I now feel like a true Borusse and have never felt any desire to leave BVB," Piszczek said. "I would like to finish my career in Dortmund and am looking forward to many, many more emotional moments in Black & Yellow."

With Piszczek in the fold, Dortmund has produced an unbeaten run in the Bundesliga that dates back to Nov. 26, 2016.

News of his extension comes in the wake of reports that superstar Marco Reus also committed his future to the club by signing a new contract designed to keep the German international at Dortmund until 2023.
