Former Eskimo Don Getty dies at 82

Former Edmonton Eskimos quarterback Don Getty died Friday at the age of 82, the team confirmed.
Getty was with the Eskimos from 1955-65 and helped the organization to a pair of Grey Cup titles. He was also named Outstanding Canadian for the Western Division in 1959.
After his playing days were over, Getty began a career in politics and served as the premier of Alberta from 1985-92.
