Edmonton looks to pull away in West with win over Saskatchewan
The Edmonton Eskimos - currently sit in a first-place tie in the West division with their provincial rival the Calgary Stampeders - will look to gain two points in the standings with a win over the last-place Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday.
The Eskimos head into the game scorching hot, having won six in a row. The Riders have lost two straight, and need a win to keep their slim playoff chances alive.
Saskatchewan needs nothing short of a miracle to make the postseason, but still have a chance to catch the third-place B.C. Lions with three games remaining.
Edmonton has beat Saskatchewan in both their matchups this season, including a 30-5 thrashing in Week 6.
Mosaic Field surprisingly hasn't been too friendly to the Riders this season, but their only two wins on the season have come at home.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. ET on Saturday.
