The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced Wednesday the signing of quarterback Brandon Bridge.
Bridge was released by the Montreal Alouettes on Aug.1 and worked out with Saskatchewan on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-5, 225-pound Toronto native is in his second CFL season. Last year with the Alouettes, he threw for 282 yards and two touchdowns in 15 games.
In four games this season, Bridge saw limited playing time, being used primarily on short-yardage situations.
Saskatchewan's next game is against first-place Calgary on Saturday night.
