Roughriders defensive lineman Shawn Lemon has requested a trade out of Saskatchewan, with Calgary being a possible landing spot, according to Scott Mitchell of the Calgary Sun.
Lemon signed with the Roughriders in January after finishing last season with the Ottawa RedBlacks.
The 6-foot-2, 250 pound lineman saw limited action in Thursday's game against the Toronto Argonauts, recording a forced fumble.
This is Lemon's sixth season in the CFL. He's recorded 28 sacks and 13 forced fumbles over 47 career games.
