Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will be looking to avenge Mike Tyson when he takes on Jake Paul in a cruiserweight bout June 28.
Chavez told TMZ Sports that he knew he wanted to square off against Paul after watching "The Problem Child" defeat Tyson in their blockbuster boxing match in November.
"I wanna take revenge for Mike Tyson," the former middleweight champion said. "When I saw the fight, my first thought was, I wanna fight Jake Paul."
Paul, 27, won via unanimous decision over the 58-year-old Tyson, who was competing in his first pro match in 19 years.
Chavez, the 39-year-old son of boxing legend Julio Cesar Chavez, owns a 54-6-1 career record with 34 knockouts. Paul, meanwhile, is 11-1 as a pro with seven knockouts.
