The boxing match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson has been rescheduled for Nov. 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Most Valuable Promotions announced Friday.

Katie Taylor will defend the undisputed junior welterweight championship in a rematch with Amanda Serrano in the co-main event.

Paul and Tyson were originally scheduled to square off on July 20, but the fight was postponed last week after Tyson suffered an ulcer flare-up on a flight. Tyson's doctor recommended he limit his training for a few weeks to rest and recover.

"Although we had to postpone the fight, I will resume training shortly," Tyson said in a statement. "I am thankful to the medical staff that treated me and to MVP, Netflix, and AT&T Stadium for working diligently to find the best reschedule date for all parties."

The Texas Department of Licensing and Registration is sanctioning Paul-Tyson as a professional boxing match. The bout will consist of eight two-minute rounds, and the fighters will wear 14-ounce gloves.

The matchup will be Tyson's first pro bout since 2005 and first fight overall since an exhibition against Roy Jones Jr. in 2020.

Tyson, who will be 58 when the fight happens, is considered one of the greatest heavyweights in boxing history, boasting a 50-6 record. The 27-year-old Paul, a YouTube star turned prizefighter, is 9-1.

The Nov. 15 event will be streamed live on Netflix. It's unclear whether the previously announced bout between former UFC fighter Darren Till and ex-boxing champ Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will move to the new card.
