David de Gea: Suffers ankle injury
De Gea suffered an ankle injury during the warmup before Thursday's Europa League match against Midtjylland, according to James Robson of the Manchester Evening News. Sergio Romero will start in his place.
Analysis:
United were already starting a back line that included Paddy McNair and Donald Love, and while it's unclear whether de Gea's injury is serious enough to keep him out for a considerable amount of time, his absence would be a massive hit during Premier League play.
