Lovren suffered an undisclosed injury during Saturday's match with Crystal Palace.
Analysis:
Lovren was replaced by Trent Alexander-Arnold in the 78th minute of the match. He was able to walk off under his own power and will hope to return in time for the Watford match 1 May.
